One morning’s work.

How a booking runs

A written schedule, not a rough idea.

Every client gets the same four steps, and the same respect for the date they gave us.

  1. 01

    We agree the plan

Date, venue, guest count and what you need. We write down when the truck leaves, when the canopies go up and when we come back for them.

  2. 02

    We arrive ahead of time

Not on the hour you open the doors. Early enough that the setup is finished and checked before your first guest is anywhere near the place.

  3. 03

    Our crew builds it

Mounting the canopies is our job. Chairs, tables, cloths and decorations go out to the plan, and we walk it with you before we leave.

  4. 04

    We come back and clear

Dismounting, loading and leaving the site clean. Everything is counted back into the warehouse so the next client gets a full set.

Common questions

What clients ask before they book.

As early as you can, particularly in wedding season. That said, we hold stock rather than hiring it in, so we can often take a booking at short notice. Call and ask; we will tell you honestly whether the date works.

We do. Mounting and dismounting the canopies is part of the hire, not an extra. We arrive ahead of time, build the setup, and come back afterwards to take it down and clear the site.

The canopies are what they are for. We plan around the weather when we lay out a site and we secure everything properly, which matters more here than in most places.

Yes. The cargo truck and the two K-trucks do transport work on their own: goods, building materials, market loads. You do not have to be hiring canopies to use them.

We are open 6am to 10pm, Tuesday through Sunday, and closed on Mondays. Those long hours are deliberate: setups happen early and teardowns happen late, and somebody needs to answer the phone at both ends.

We own the warehouse, the stock and the trucks. Nothing on your date depends on another supplier remembering. That is the whole reason our clients see little to no delay.

Buea and the Southwest Region as standard, and further afield for larger jobs. Ask about your venue and we will tell you what it costs to get there.

Give us the date and the guest count. We’ll do the rest.
