Solar design and installation, inverters and battery storage, and full electrical wiring across Buea and the Southwest Region. Sized to what you actually use, fitted by our own people.
From a single socket to a whole building off-grid.
01
Solar design and installation
We size the system to what you actually use. Panels, mounting, cabling, protection and commissioning, done by our own technicians and handed over with every circuit labelled.
Site survey and load assessment
Roof and ground-mount arrays
Grid-tied, hybrid or fully off-grid
Commissioning and handover walkthrough
02
Inverters and battery storage
Storage is what turns solar into power you can count on when the grid drops. We supply and fit inverters and battery banks sized to carry the circuits that matter to you.
Hybrid and off-grid inverters
Lithium and tubular battery banks
Automatic changeover on outage
Essential-circuit prioritisation
03
Electrical wiring and installation
New builds, rewires and repairs. Distribution boards, earthing, conduit, sockets and lighting, wired properly and tested before we sign it off.
Full building wiring and rewires
Distribution boards and earthing
Fault finding and repair
Testing and certification
04
Maintenance and servicing
Left alone, a system quietly loses output. We clean arrays, check connections, test batteries under load, and fix what the last installer got wrong.
Panel cleaning and output checks
Battery health and load testing
Connection and protection inspection
Taking over poorly fitted systems
How we work
Four steps. You know the price before we start.
01Step 01
We come and measure, before we quote.
A free visit: what you run, when you run it, and what the roof or ground can take. Guessing here is how people end up with a system that can't carry their own fridge.
02Step 02
You get one itemised price.
Panels, inverter, batteries, mounting, cabling, protection and labour, listed separately so you can see what you're paying for. What we quote is what you pay.
03Step 03
Our own crew does the install.
We don't farm out the part that matters. The same technicians who surveyed the site do the mounting, wiring, protection and commissioning, usually inside a day or two.
04Step 04
We hand it over and stay reachable.
A walkthrough of your system, labelled circuits, and a phone number that gets picked up. Systems drift and batteries age; we'd rather you called us than put up with it.
Where it goes
Homes, offices and job sites.
What is included
Everything that goes into a Fonanyi system.
No line item is a surprise at the end. This is the full scope of what we supply, fit and stand behind.
We do not sell by panel count. We work out what you run and when you run it, then size around that. These are the shapes most jobs take.
01
Small home
Lights, TV, fans, phone charging, a small fridge
Enough to get a household through an evening outage without thinking about it.
02
Family home
The above plus freezer, pumps, security and internet
The common case. Sized so the essential circuits simply keep running.
03
Office or shop
Computers, lighting, POS, air conditioning on a priority circuit
Sized around trading hours, so business does not stop when the grid does.
04
Job site or workshop
Tools, welding plant, site office, security lighting
Heavier draw, usually hybrid, often with a generator kept as backup.
Common questions
Questions we get asked before every job.
Most homes are done in a day or two once the equipment is on site. Bigger jobs, or ones that need rewiring first, take longer and we tell you that at the quote rather than on the day.
Panels alone run your house while the sun is up and stop when it is not. If you want power through an outage or after dark, you need storage. We are happy to fit panels now and batteries later, and we size the system so that upgrade does not mean replacing what you already paid for.
On a correctly wired system, nothing you have to do. The inverter detects the cut and moves your essential circuits onto stored power, then moves them back when the grid returns. We agree with you beforehand which circuits count as essential.
Yes. New builds, rewires, distribution boards, earthing, fault finding and repairs are a service in their own right. Plenty of our electrical customers have no solar at all.
Often, yes. We will inspect it, tell you honestly what is wrong and what it costs to put right, and say so if the answer is that it needs replacing rather than patching.
Buea and the wider Southwest Region as standard. We travel further for larger jobs; ask and we will tell you whether it makes sense.
Tell us what you need running, and we’ll tell you what it takes.
